Overview
This workshop is a great opportunity to examine and discuss all facets and issues
involved in selecting the right meeting site! It’s a very strategic process – and all of
these strategies will be thoroughly covered so that you will walk away with a great deal
of information from the best source of all – an experienced and knowledgeable planner!
After attending this session, participants will be able to:
- Prepare meeting specifications.
- Create an RFP.
- Identify what to look for when conducting a site inspection.
- Conduct a thorough site inspection in person or by telephone.
- Evaluate and select the property and destination that best meets the meeting’s objectives.
Attendees will receive useful meeting planning tools following the course.

Our workshops are presented via PowerPoint they are custom-designed and costs are
based on the number of topics incorporated and duration (half, full or multi-day).
Workshops are highly interactive with significant Q & A. All workshops designed to
meet your specific needs and include handouts, resource binders and support
materials.
